    MS in Counseling Psychology

    Our program prepares you to enter the counseling profession or advance in your chosen field. We offer three specialization areas: General Counseling Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy (MFT) and Marriage & Family Therapy with ¡Enlaces! Certificate (for counseling Spanish-speaking clients). Every class draws on a variety of worldviews and cultural perspectives to explore the impact of intersectional identities on counseling psychology.

    Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)

    Mount Saint Mary’s Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Clinical Psychology trains future practitioner-scholars who reflect the diverse populations of Los Angeles, the nation and the globe. In addition, the program is closely aligned with the mission of our University — serving the needs of traditionally underserved and marginalized populations.
