    The mission of the Master of Science in Healthcare Administration (Online Program) at UAFS is to provide working professionals, practitioners, and those wanting to advance their careers in healthcare management with the knowledge and skills necessary to be competent, ethical, and innovative leaders who can successfully manage and lead their healthcare organizations and communities. Our core value of excellence guides the following areas – graduate education utilizing adult learning theory and innovative online learning techniques; ethical and professional behavior; evidence-based research and practice; service to others; cooperation and collaboration for the betterment of healthcare; and personal and professional growth. The program is fully online and can be completed on either a full-time or part-time basis.

    Students are admitted in both fall and spring semesters. An admission test score, such as the GRE or MAT, is not required. Designed for working professionals, the program does not have an internship requirement. Qualified faculty bring years of healthcare experience to the online learning environment. The program has recently been ranked as one of the most affordable online master's degree in healthcare administration and was recognized in part for developing ethical behavior and business intelligence in tomorrow's innovative healthcare leaders.
